Refund policy
- Immortal Physique takes a lot of pride in both apparel quality, and customer service. We would like to make your shopping experience as painless as possible especially after you have purchased from us.
- We offer a returns policyif you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
- Need a different size or color ? Or you want to return or exchange for other reason.
- As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days after delivery to the customer. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@immortalphsique.com.au.
- Important :
- We want to find a new home for your activewear, which is why we request that all items are returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached and any branded packaging. That means items returned with makeup stains or sweat patches will not be accepted and will be returned to you!
- Please note: Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
- We are not legally help responsible for any customers due to “change of mind” once the order has been shipped.
- Exchange and return postage costs are paid by the customer.
To obtain a refund you must meet the return policy criteria below:
- Goods must be returned within 30 days after an order has arrived with the customer.
- Goods must be in original new condition.
- Refund does not apply to good that have been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer.
- Good must retain all original labels and packaging.
- Item was not purchased at sale price.
- Item is not an accessory or undergarment.
- This is your first return of the item in question.
- If an item is marked as ‘Final Sale’, this item is non-refundable.
- IMPORTANT- Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.
FAULTY ITEMS
- Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return.
- Received an item that you believe is faulty?
- Please contact our team at orders@immortalphysique.com.au with clear pictures, a detailed description of the fault, as well as the order number and email address associated with the purchase. If the item is found to be defective, we will refund the cost of return and arrange a replacement or refund.
- You are entitled to a refund for items purchased from Immortal Physique if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose.
- All items are carefully inspected before they are packed to ensure they are in perfect condition before shipment.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact Customer Service immediately so we can resolve this for you. Please email orders@immortalphysique.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault and a clear supporting photo of item and concern.
- We reserve the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.
- Please know that the faulty goods must be returned within a reasonable time after the purchase. If you do not return the products within a reasonable time you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- RETURNS LABELS
- For Australian customers selecting a store credit for their item/s, a free shipping label is offered. For Australian customers selecting a refund, $5.95 will be charged for a prepaid shipping label.
- For Australian customers selecting a refund for their item/s, the $5.95 shipping label fee will be automatically deducted from the overall cost of your refund.
- For New Zealand customers selecting a store credit or refund for their item/s, $11.95 will be charged for a prepaid shipping label.
- For Hong Kong customers, selecting a store credit or refund for their item/s, 71.95HKD will be charged for a prepaid shipping label.
Size Swap/Exchange
- You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of the items arriving. We understand that occasionally customers may select the wrong size, we put as much information in the product description as well as reference the pictured model’s sizing and encourage customers to measure their Chest/ Waist/ Hips etc.. prior to ordering. If you want to ask about the best sizing you can also reach out to the designer Paul on email paul@immortalphysique.com.au or DM our instagram. Please note all items must be unworn with original packaging in order to receive an exchange.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any exchanges. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot exchange lost returns.
RESTOCKING FEES
A restocking fee is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned.
A restocking fee of up to 50% will be charged in the following instances:
**We receive a product that has been damaged, has obvious signs of use or is materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer.
- For Singaporean customers, selecting a store credit or refund for their item/s, 14.95SGD will be charged for a prepaid shipping label.
- For customers outside of AU & NZ, selecting a store credit or refund for their item/s will generate a plain address label free of charge. Please note, this is NOT a shipping label, and customers must take the package to their nearest post office, and request a shipping label for the package to be sent to the main address on the label.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
